Its probably dry from over-cleaning. Don't put more than a pinch of natural sea salt into a shot glass of warm water. Soak for 5 mins 2-3 times a day. If you're already doing that, cut down to 1-2 sea salt soaks. Only use antimicrobial soap once a week. You can use vitamin E oil around the piercing to help clear up the dryness.
