Depending on the style of lip piercing, it is not uncommon for the swelling to last almost a week.
6-7 is typical.
Just keep Sea Salt Bathing it 2-3 times a day and it should reduce within the week.

∙ 13y agoIt could be because you are sick or maybe you just hit it. If it gets worse or uncomfortable go check with your piercer and see if its infected. If there isn't any green/yellow discharge, it probably isn't infected.
