So it takes them about 3.7 seconds to "wake up" so feeling somthing while sleep states that you may be on edge, or are sleeping lightly. If the feeling doesn't bother that's good. But if it DOES then, it may result in lose and other problems, try filling a bath tub w/ epsom salt (its super easy to find, Walmart, kroger, rite aid, etc.) For about one hour, make sure the water is hot or very very warm.
