Is it normal to find your 16-year-old son looking shocked and horrified at waking up to find himself in women's clothing?

Not many sixteen year old boys would wake up wearing womens clothing so I would say no its a little strange, you might want to ask him why he was in them and what he was doing the night before.

AnswerI actually asked my son and he looked so shocked to be discovered/ or that he was found in this state that he looked like he was going to cry. He said nothing and my husband told me to not make a fuss out of it because that's what boys often do. It was all hushed up.

To be more questionable about this , even though Im a guy , I think I would ask my son why he was in this state . If he was drunk and done it for kiks that's fine , but if i was a woman i would definitely be asking my son more about this . especially after my hubby said it was normal . granted Im suspicious in nature but there could be more to it . especially since it was all hushed up .

I mean if your son is crossdressing , then fine . take him shopping without father and tell him that this is just your day together and preferably on a school day < tell school he is sick > and get him more relaxed even if you have to ask does he want to dress up and does he need your help also tell him your both going out of town so no one can recognise you if your seen . he may just be doing it cause he wants to feel closer to you . Children emulate or copy the strongest most careing person in their lives . Then sometimes there is a need to show their feminine side and this is how they choose to do it . However you need to get an answer .

He may just want to talk , one has to think when boys are young they stay with mother but as they get older they don't , however when they are with mom they talk things out like girls do , but when its cut off all those feelings build up which generally most guys are told to suck it up where girls talk about it and move on then the guys get frustrated and cant deal with things like they should .

You will find if you go shopping together that he may open up , but don't push it to much . Just ask him if he wants to talk about why he was dressed up , don't yell or raise your voice as this will scare him away from opening up to you . If it doesnt bother him , treat him as if he was your daughter , but don't bring anything sexual in nature into the conversation .
