It depends how far we are talking about a crush going if it's just basically you liking the look of another man/women then that's perfectly normal and nothing to worry about. Although if you are constantly thinking about the other person and are finding your partner less attractive then in a way it is a problem. I would give it some time to see if these other feeling of lust die out which undoubtadly i believe they will, people often get bored of the constant repetition of a relationship maybe you and your partner should try a few more exotic things to stop you both thinking about other people.Type your answer here...

If a crush develops into flirting, you are risking your current relationship. If you have serious feelings for someone else, reevaluate your relationship and be honest with your partner about how you feel.
