∙ 14y agoYes, you can. I donate blood and after you feel a bit lightheaded so they make you sit at a table and eat cookies and drink juice. I was told that you can get a headache so it's normal. They take three bags of blood out of you and it takes 56 days for your body to replace that blood that was donated, that's why you can only donate every 56 days, not sooner. Taking that much blood can make you feel sleepy, lightheaded, have a headache. Also you shouldn't do any heavy lifting for the rest of the day and no smoking for 2 hours after donating.
