You may have swelling, and even a bit of pus, but actual blisters (plural!) are not a positive sign. Go to your piercing professional and/or doctor to get it checked out and make sure you are not infected.

normally it takes one-two week for piercing to get normal depending on the body's healing ..
yes, it is quite normal for the first few weeks or so. as the back of the lip becomes accustomed and stronger, the back of the piercing wont sink in anymore.
Swelling with any lip piercing is normal and to be expected, it's nothing new or frightening, just maintain the piercing and the swelling will ease over time.
Yes, your lip piercing most likely bled and having a scab is perfectly normal for the healing process. Just don't pick at it or tamper with it with unwashed hands.
A slight pink look is normal. Never ever remove jewellery from a suspected infected piercing!
