One can go through a training program at their local hospital or vocational school. Phlebotomy is the process of drawing blood from patients. One cannot do online training for this course as there is no way to be supervised in drawing blood, however there are practice test questions for the phlebotomy test online.

If you have pain you should see a doctor unless you have pain because you have exercised. In that case your muscles need more exercise to get stronger. Then you can just continue what you've done so far like situps etc.
