At a very young age, it is okay. But once you become aware of your body and aware the need to cover yourself it is not okay. It is okay, though embarrassing, if you dad sees you nude when you are living at home, if you forget a towel in the shower one day, or you leave your bedroom door open while changing, not realizing he was there because the acts are unintentional. But it can be considered sexual abuse if your father sees you need and seems to respond in a sexual manner towards you.

There are many ways to cure it btw but one way that i would think would work would be to practice, practice, practice getting in front of people. the more you do it the easier it becomes. practice being in front of a positive group of people (friends, family, teachers, etc.) you'll be use to the feeling of being on stage... stage is not a normal place for people to be it takes getting use to...
