Yes. You can CT any part of the body. What the problem is and what is being looked for would influence whether a CT or another type of scan would be suitable, however.
An InstaTrak CT refers to a CT or CAT scan, usually of the sinuses, which is done prior to performing a sinus surgery in which the surgeon will use the InstaTrak Surgical Navigation System. Although the majority of CT scans for the InstaTrak are done for sinus surgery, some Neurosurgeons will order a CT scan for a brain surgery. This is usually rare because for most brain surgeries, the surgeon will utilize an MRI scan with The InstaTrak which will typically show the detail of the softer brain tissues better for the surgeon.
Unremarkable means that there is nothing worth remarking on - in other words, it is normal.
I had this surgery. It runs about $12,300 in the Chicagoland area. I had to get a CT scan and an MRI before. The CT I think was around $2300 and the MRI was $4000. You also have a bunch of doctor's appts and X-Rays. The surgery runs ~ $25,000 in the San Francisco Bay Area, circa 2009.

Yes. Since immediately following my CT surgery, my 2 middle fingers have been numb on the inside of the fingers, they tingle and burn and are unbelievably sensitive. I get severe pain now that I didnt have before on the back of my hand - feels like it is on fire. Also at the same time will have stabbing burning pain in my upper arm near my shoulder - this is the problem I had before all this. Its not *quite* as bad as it was - but still bad enough to have me eating percocets daily - mainly at night.
The CT scan can show details of a sinusitis, and bone fractures. Physicians may order CT of the sinuses to provide an accurate map for surgery.
"Unremarkable" in a CT of the brain without contrast means that there are no abnormal findings or any significant issues detected in the brain images. It suggests that the brain appears normal and there are no visible signs of disease or injury.
More than normal people can afford
The use of gastrointestinal endoscopy, laproscopy, computer tomography (CT) scan, and ultrasound has made the inspection of inaccessible organs possible without surgery,
If the pancreas is unremarkable, it means that the pancreas appears normal.
