We are all "wired" to respond to sexual stimuli, and sometimes what seems sexy to one person isn't sexy to others. During the Victorian era, exposure of the ankle was considered scandalous (sort of like exposed breasts are today), and a lot of men were turned on by ankles.
A fetish can be a problem if it interferes with your regular life, or if you are more interested in feet then the person who has them. You should control the fetish. It should not control you.
