One of the possible causes is depression. You may not even know you have it as it is not always associated with feeling totally miserable. Rather, it manifests in a variety of symptoms caused by low levels of certain brain chemicals. One of the symptoms is low sex drive or interest in things that normally would be of interest. Talk with your doctor to see if this cause applies to you and to determine other possibilities. Keep your partner up to date on what you find out. If they understand what is going on, it can help avoid their feelings of rejections and possible infidelity.
