Well, not in public. There is a girl at my school who cried about four times over a guy that she had never dated and didn't like her back, now everyone thinks she is a wuss. But crying over a guy in private, that is a whole different story :) There is no one to tease you and sometimes crying is the best way to stop pent up emotions from building up too much inside.
