Milk has calcium and vitamin D. However, you don't have to drink milk. You can take supplements or eat other foods rich in calcium. 15 min of direct sunlight can provide enough vitamin D for a day for a person.
Lack of sunlight (it is proven through tests that people who enjoy the actual sunlight tend to produce Vitamin D biologically) Lack of Vitamin D rich Foods Lack of Vitamin D supplements (Which can be avoided in necessity if you eat and drink Vitamin D rich foods and get ample sunlight without over exposure)
Supplements and vitamins are basically the same thing. You might want to try taking a daily multi-vitamin that has things for bones and joints as well as taking omega 3 fatty acids, switch to canola oil, and try to eat salmon and canned tuna, drink oranje juice made from concentrate, vitamin D and vitamin E should all help as well.

Take Vitamin E supplements. Drink plenty of liquids but avoid alcohol. There are some medications that a doctor can prescibe that can help with the flow of urine if it seems to be getting slow.
Drink lots of water and get a lot of vitamin C. Any type of cold medicine will do and you know how you always see people with colds eating soup? This is to actually relive sinuses and clear you nose by the hot temperatures. This does not actually do anything by eating it though.
Drink plenty of carrot juice.
