Yes you can use it on layers.
First, get pictures of Sierra. Take front, side, and back views of her hair. Go to your hairdresser and then let them take a look of the pics. Tell them that you want the hair in the picture. ;;if that doesn't work ....Tell them that you would want to have short layers on top of your hair (choppy ones if possible) and long layers at the bottom of your hair. PS: the layers should be like about your crown OK?
That depends, If you have really dry and damaged hair ( like mine.) that's ok. But you can't do that everyday though, once or twice a week can do no harm :)

No, it is not OK to burn. Brazilian Pepper is in the same family as poison ivy. Touching the sap can cause allergic reactions in some people. Burning the plant and breathing in the smoke can cause respiratory problems. Do not use for fires, cooking or otherwise.

If u don't no how heres how: 1. if your hair is thin u prob need to do 2 layers if it is thick than 3 layers if its really thick than 4 layers if u have curly hair than 6 layers ok first u would take the firts layer from the bottem so put the top hair up than use your iron to staiten start from the roots and slowly decend from roots so its smooth keep goin around your head until your satisfied that it strait enough tip-when i staiten i go REALLY slow so it shines han do the next layer and than keep goin layer after layer till your done when u are brush out and put it in the style u want it in than fix it up and that's it tip-remember that with the layers u do th bottem of your hair and work your way up -Lauren!!
