I have heard some anecdotal reports of some doctors prescribing low dose namenda with vicodin to prevent or reverse opiod tolerance so it should be safe as long as the dose is kept low.
You need prescriptions for all of these. I would be very careful about taking Vicodin on top of Vyvanse. Both of these are very habit forming. Remember that people with mood disorders are more likely to get addicted to things. If the doctor who prescribed your Vyvanse and Celexa knows about the Vicodin and feels it is OK in your case, then it will be OK.

The Vicodin is the nasty part; too much of that can kill. If your doctor has prescribed these medications, then it's OK to take them as prescribed.
you should only mix weed with vicodin. mixing with alcohol will cause liver damage. mixing with stimulants will lessen the effect. marijuana makes a perfect addition to the cozyness of vicodin. also benzodiaprines mix nicely but they will cause much more drowsniness than vicodin alone.
