Don't know how much gasoline was put in or how much diesel was in the tank before gasoline was added but if you didn't run the engine after the gasoline was put in and you drained it, you should be okay.
91 is low premium if ur engine takes 93-high premium it should be ok.
get that gas out of there as much as you can and then fill it with diesel a little regular gas will be ok and is ok to mix with diesel and will actauly clean it a little
the question is more about the finish on the wood or the cork rather than the material it'self. I would contact the vendor of the cork just to be sure, but the answer should be yes whatever you use on wood is ok for cork.
8 gallons of diesel fuel is to much to try to dilute in with the remaining gasoline. It would be best to drain as much as possible out of the tank and refill with fresh gasoline.
Most wine, beverage and lifestyle stores carry wine stoppers. Some of these stoppers are made with a tapered cork so that it is easy to cork your wine. Other types of stoppers are plastic and or rubber and these work just as well. If you have lost your Champagne or sparkling wine cork or more often it doesn't fit back into the bottle, try a Champagne stopper. The Champagne stopper is hinged with a rubber seal. This type of stopper is a must for sparkling wines because the pressure build up inside the bottle can cause a regular stopper to pop out. A cork popping out can be dangerous but, even worse if your sparkling wine loses its cork for many hours the wine may become flat.
Gasoline is Gasoline the only difference is the additives, other then that they are the same
Yes
if less than 5% by volume of gasoline you are probably OK Any more will possibly ruin the engine and fuel system
If properly packed and if the cork is OK, there is no limit. The alcohol has no expiration date.
Only about 15 gallons of the 42 gallon standard barrel is refined into gasoline.
Most small engines are designed to run on regular unleaded gasoline; the higher octane premium gasoline may eventually be harmful to the engine.
