It really depends on whether or not you're prepared to hear the response. if you're really REALLY hoping that he's going to say yes, then you might not want to, simply because that might not be his response. the last few times I've told a guy that i liked them, they reacted badly (like the im-never-going-to-talk-to-you-ever-again-cause-you-have-a-crush-on-me badly). learn from past mistakes: if you're really hoping the answer is "oh yea, i like you too. let's date!" then you might want to rethink your decision.

I like a guy too. He knows, I trust him not to tell anyone and he's only told his best friend who is my friend ,too. I expected to much, and he said no. I think he might like me now, ugh it's so confusing.

of course! you never know if he likes you back. even if he doesn't, it's not the end of the world! yeah and if the guy thinks you are wierd for liking him just tell him that you don't care what he thinks and that he should be glad that he has at least one girl who likes him.
