Depending of the occasion.
For a wedding, if you are just a regular guest, I think it's ok to wear a suit without a tie.
Better is to ask your friends. Depends on the formality of the wedding.
Yes it is ok. In my opinion ,you should wear a white button up long sleeved shirt, red tie and a black suit.

Yes it's great fun!
no that is not ok definally wear a shirt with it.
For the mission: Three Leaf Clover, Niko is OK as long is he is wearing a suit with a tie from Perseus, plus smart shoes, and it doesn't matter if he is wearing his shades either. Personally I dress him in the onyx (black) suit with the red tie, and the black wingtip shoes. All from Perseus. He looks pretty sharp!
The black suit should make you seem thinner already and the tie-shirt is up to you. Anything would look ok with those eyes.
If you are not in the wedding party and there is nothing mentioned about 'white ties' then no, you should not wear a white tie.
not really. if you want to wear a tie where a loose one with a vest or something. But do not wear designer scarves with ties at the same time. it will draw people away from your outfit.
no. only in fall or winter.
Depends on what you are matching it with. What color is your suit/pants? Get that color on your tie and you should be OK. Medium grey (in a glen plaid) or tan could work.
Ok well to start it depends on the tie. If you want them to be dressy dress them up with a jacket and or a nice shirt. If you want them to be professional dress with a suit. NEVER where a tie that has a joke on it unless you want people to think your on your way to a beer party serving hamburgers. (no fence against beer & hamburgers) you can be dressy without a suit (it looks bussinessy) its more about what you where with it!
Unless otherwise specified as a black tie formal event(or white tie) what you propose would be perfectly acceptable.
