Here is input from FAQ Farmers: * No, it may be infected. One way to make sure that it is if you sit down and your belly aches then it is infected. Either take it out or put peroxcide on it and hope for the best. * The first day, yes, it is normal for your navel to bleed. When I got mine done it bled a lot but it stoped by the next day.
It is completely normal if it bleeds on the same day it was pierced, it should stop though. if you bump it or something tugs on it, it can still bleed because itβs still fresh, it takes 6 months to a year or even more to completely heal. I suggest using warm salt water over it for 5 mins. Non-iodized salt, sold in spice section of food store twice a day or more depending on bleeding and event
No I got mine done 4 days ago and it hasn't bled at all.
I have had my belly button pierced for almost two years now with no problems, but I have seen several of my friends belly button piercing's become infected and grow sores or bumps around or near the infected area. First, let me warn you- DO NOT POP THIS SORE OR BUBBLE! It will bleed and only cause it to grow larger. Second, the best thing you can do is go back to the piercer. Have them check it out and give you their advice. Perhaps you are not cleaning it often enough, or not cleaning it with the right tools. So to answer your question specifically, sores and bumps could clear up anywhere from two weeks to over a year, depending on how you handle the situation. Please be wise about this and seek out professional help!
yes it is bad but sometimes its not

No, they don't. Generally any numbing substance is either going to mess with the tissue around the piercing, or mess with the blood flow causing it to bleed excessively. Neither option is preferable for the piercing.
If Its Not Too Far From Straight Just Take Off The Top Of The Belly Ring & From Inside Move It To Where You Want It To Go & Poke It Threw. It Might Bleed A Little, But Use Peroxide On It After & You Should Be Good To Goo , .. Well That's What I Did With Mine.
Yes, you don't bleed a lot when you get a piercing.
i have had my belly button peirced twice and both times it did not bleed at all. but i have heard of other peoples bely button peircing bleeding a little. i gues it depends on your body type but it also depends on how much its bleeding. if it is alot and it doesnt stop after a few hours i would call your peircer and give him a visit. but if its just a tiny amount then just clean it by instrution by your peircer and hope for the besT!
