Bleaching can make the hair less noticeable, and waxing, though very painful, is also an option that isn't as permanent as electrolysis, but it works much better and is more long term than shaving.It depends how hairy they are... Yes that is perfectly okay. In fact I'd go so far as to say that you are probably typical of most boys. Although puberrty is very variable and can start at any age from 9 years old right up until the late teens most boys begin puberty around 12 or 13. Pubic hair tends to appear in most boys quite early on in puberty but axillary hair (armpit hair) tends to grow a couple of years later, facial hair typically grows later still.

Sorry, but No. You can always use shaving creams for women such as Nair that would sponge away hair and Smooth Away that rubs the hair off, another option is to shave it yourself which is what I do.
