No. It is an ignorant, low-class way to express ones-self.

I'm not sure what you mean by cursing. Using foul language is prohibited according to the Jewish laws of speech. If you mean as in "to place a curse on someone", according to traditional Jewish law, there is a biblical injunction against cursing G-d, against cursing one's parent, and against cursing a religious judge or tribunal.
no
if u want 2 yeah
It is if you are okay letting your kids see blood and gore. As well as listening to curse words.
The ways of Balaam was when King Balak wanted to curse the Israelites. Balak hires Balaam (a prophet for hire) to curse them but everytime he tries to curse them, out comes a blessing. So he teaches Balaak that he doesn't have to curse them. All he has to do is introduce pagan ways and when they turn away from Yahweh and turn to paganism, idolatry, etc. then the curse comes on them. That is just how Satan works. He can't create. He can only distort the Truth. "You surely won't die" Gen. 3:4. Satan tells us it is okay to celebrate Christmas because it is celebrated on a lie of that is when Yeshua was born and that makes it okay. But the Bible says, "do not do as the heathen do, they cut down a tree, nail it to two pieces of wood and decorate with silver and gold" Jer. 10:2.
The Curse of Ham was an interpretation of a biblical story that suggested Ham, one of Noah's sons, was cursed with black skin as punishment. This interpretation was used to justify the enslavement of people of African descent, suggesting they were inherently inferior and destined for servitude. It perpetuated the belief that slavery was morally acceptable for certain races based on religious doctrine.
