Well, you should probably get help for that though. If you are going to cut yourself, think about how many people you are effecting! If you feel like you need to, do something to stop yourself, and do something that makes you happy. For example, whenever I feel like cutting myself, I go and read a book that I have compiled of letters that I asked my friends to write me. You could ask your friends to write you a letter and make yourself a book so when you get depressed, you can go and read it and feel better because you will know about how many people love and care for you! If you haven't been to the doctor, you should go and see if you need some medication because NO ONE should feel like that.
