This depends on the reason and motive for desiring a relationship with an older guy. Most of the time girls seek older men for money and security from repressed feelings due to lack of a father figure or something of this nature. If the motive for this kind of relationship is strictly for a more mature man, then it should not be a problem. Most cases that is just a cover up though.
