On older cars ( 60s--80s) pretty much goes ( check with local laws first ) . 90s gets tough with all the computer soft ware and other regs. After 2000 it gets much harder, but can be done . find your self a " competent" wrench ! Tell him what you want for sound and how loud. Most important, how will it affect my mileage , will it still pass the sniff test when I get it inspected?
With no mufflers you will gain horsepower but lose torque. Backpressure needs to be created for lower rpm driving. No mufflers will cause the car to be hard to drive in lower rpms causing you to have to drive higher in the rpm causing worse gas mileage. I put a high flow cat and less restrictive muffler and removed the resonator on my car and lost 3lbs torque and gained 18hp to the wheels.

Mufflers are used on cars because if they have one that makes their pipes loud then everyone will think that they have a big engine under the hood and actually they could have just a lil 4 cyl. Another thing why people put mufflers on there cars is because it gets rid of the nasty fuems that comes out of the engine.
There is no reason that you can not put discount tires on your car. These tires are usually brand name tires that are sold at discount prices. Regardless of the discount, you should still have a warranty on these tires.
Each state has their own laws on who can put a tracking device on a car, and in what circumstances it is okay. However, in all situations, you could not put a tracking device on a person's car without their knowledge. You could put one on your own car. An employer can put one on a car that an employee drives, however, they may have to let the employee know, depending on their state laws.
