I believe it's ok to still like an ex. It doesn't matter if you're the one to break up with him/her or you're the one that got dumped. If you're the one that broke up with the person you could have thought differently afterwards after you actually did it, realizing what you did and regretting it. So I think it's perfectly ok to still like an ex.
