You can open the capsule. Pour the powder on small and clean paper. Divide the same into two parts. Put the half into the capsule back. Rest of the poweder may be taken with honey in most of the cases or you may have to discard the same. Next time you may take the capsule.

I wouldn't recommend it unless you have very frequent blood tests (which are expensive and require a prescription). If you use the supplement to keep you at the high end of the normal end that would be fine, but how would you know without the lab work? It would be trial and error; you could easily end up suffering hyperthyroidism and that could be dangerous.
