As this is a question of preference and individuality, it would certainly be okay to wear white tights with white sequin shoes, especially if the sequins are of white, clear, or silver colour.

How should you clean white cloth on shoes?

Okay, I just tried to clean my white-cloth shoes with a scotch rag and softsoap. I'll let them dry in the sun since it's 104 degrees here. So far, it looks like the green from the scotch rag worn off a little on my shoes. I may have to get them sitting in bleach. I read somewhere that you should set the shoes in mild dish detergent with a little bleach. Maybe I'll try that one, but for the momento, I don't recommend what I did in the first place. :)
