No they are not. Usually geckos aren't a dog's fav. meal, they might sniff it, but I'm pretty sure they won't eat it. The gecko's defense mecanism is their tail. If the dog gets a little curious and moves it around, "threatens it" its tail will fall off. This should "scare" it probably. But a lick won't do anything.
Our Shih Tzu loves gekcos! Quietly, she would stalk for them when they crawl down from walls. She would wait and pounce on them like a cat! We were frightened by that earlier as we were worried about diseases that geckos (if any) carries. It is already 5 years and she kept doing that! Our vet is non committed on an answer but then, by nature, it could be alright! I read somewhere that these palatial lap dogs do hunt for rats and lizzards in home at night. By now, she must have eaten hundreds of them and she is as healthy as ever. Her dad was also a gecko hunter!
I advise you not to feed both animals any of those. Dog food hasn't got the Gecko's needs in it and Gecko Poop is full of unused, digested food which also doesn't have the Dogs needs.
No, they aren't poisonous at all. The gila monster and komodo dragon are the most dangerous, and a few others are venomous, but geckos? Nope.

Geckos are not poisonous at all, neither for humans nor for their prey. Only very few lizard species have a venom and of those, only the Gila monster and the Komodo dragon are dangerous to humans (although with an attacking Komodo, venom is the least of your worries).
