Meconium begins to form between the 12th-16th week of gestation, Meconium documents drug use over an extended period of time, covering the last 4-5 months of pregnancy.
A Panel 8 (MedTox Labs 4048) screen screens for amphetamines, cocaine metabolites, opiates, phencyclidines, THC (marijuana) metabolites, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, and propoxyphene.
Suboxone, however is an opioid though, not an opiate. I would have to say that if it's Suboxone (Buprenorphine), it would not be detected.
