It's possible ! About ten years ago, I didn't close the doors properly on one of my Burmese python vivariums. I went to bed as normal, and the next morning when I woke up I could feel something heavy on my legs. On moving the bed-covers, the python (about 8 feet long, and roughly 40 pounds in weight) was laid across my lower legs and feet (maybe he liked the smell !)
Yes it can if the snake somehow gets inside your house.
No, it is not possible unless you snore or breaths through mouth while sleeping.

Yes, Scout and Jem found a snake under Scout's bed in "To Kill a Mockingbird." They showed it to their neighbor, Miss Maudie, who identified it as a harmless corn snake.

Scout thinks there is a snake under her bed because she feels something cold and smooth against her foot, leading her to assume it's a snake. Her mind jumps to this conclusion in fear, but it turns out to be Dill hiding under the bed.

Slither is generally used as a verb. It could be used as a noun, as in "the snake's slither," but it is not usually used that way.
Depending on the snake, it can be dangerous. I sleep in the bed with my snake sometimes (a ball python) but she will usually leave the bed because she doesn't like being in large open spaces. If I fall asleep she usually goes between the bed and the wall.
