some people can have a disorder or a disease that can make them do crazy things.
but if your talking cartoon joker then most likely not. unless they are obsessed and they can't control themselves. but if your talking the dark knight joker then yeah i mean there are some anarchists and i guess some people would go that far to prove their point. but in the news there were some people who dressed up like the joker and comitted crimes that were related to the joker's crimes.
