One of the unsolved questions about our Universe is why it is composed almost entirely of matter. In our understanding of our Universe, the ratio of matter to anti-matter should be about 50-50.
Saying, "All the anti-matter went into the super-massive black holes (smbh) at the center of galaxies" doesn't solve very much. It just leads to the question, "Why did only anti-matter go into smbh, and not matter?"
There is SOMETHING about our Universe that favors matter over anti-matter. We just don't yet know what that something is. Simply saying that it is something that makes anti-matter, but not matter, go into smbh doesn't really solve much.
