It is very possible to buy a manul to a Mitubishi Evolution. All you have to do is go to a dealership and you can buy one from there. Another sugestion is to just but one from online.
It IS possible, but not realistic, as there are lots of hidden difficulties apart from "only" ripping the tranny out. The sensible way is to sell the car you have and buy one with the features that you want already in it.
