If you mean the race of person you are, no.
Class changes are not possible in World of Warcraft at this time. If you want to change your race, you can only choose from races which have your current class available. For instance, if you are a Night Elf Druid, you can only change into a Worgen, Tauren or Troll - these are races that have the Druid class available.
I don't think you can on Xbox 360, It might be possible with a load of hacking through your computer or something.
Its possible its because of race. Looking at population by race, Black Americans are the majority. And looking at race votes, 53 percents of Black Americans vote Democrat. But this is not proven.
Currently, it is already possible to do an entire character customisation, including race and even faction change. Since this is already available, it will unlikely be a special feature in Cataclysm. It is possible that race changes to a Goblin and Worgen are disabled for some time into Cataclysm, however.
Yes, very possible.
No, a server transfer does not include a race change. You will have to pay an additional fee if you want to race change too.
No. When you server change you will get just that. If you wish to change your race you are left with 2 options, 1. Changing your race within your current faction and 2. Changing factions all together.
Indians are a specific race of people and it is not possible to change your race. One can become an 'Indian' only insomuch as you may take on the citizenship of that country. Much like becoming a UK or US citizen
