Yes, Some cone snails have paralytic toxins that can actually kill a person in seconds

There are snakes in your yard and every other one on ur street. There are no escaping them. But on the bright side they are non posionus and non aggresive and actually are helping u out by eating and controling the rodent population. You would be shooting ur self in the foot by getting rid of them bc unlike the rodents they wont do any damage
You don't. You catch it seeing as how its not posionus and relocate so that you both win. There is no need to kill it. Take it far enough and it wont come back. But he is not harming anything and is actually helping your yard by getting rid of rodents and other vermon so leaving him would be benificary to you to. As far as I know, any spider can be eaten without getting poisoned. The only U.S. spiders that have seriously toxic venom in the U.S. are the widow spiders and the brown recluse spiders. There is one spider, the "red widow spider" (Latrodectus bishopi) that has red-orange, yellow, and black coloration. They haven't been recorded as biting people, so it is unknown just how toxic they might be.
There are so many things that could cause this. It can be a nerve issue that requires your neck to be popped, it could be a mild allergic reaction to a food or product you are using, it could be a mild case of herpes, or it could be a contact reaction to a texture (such as a man's stubble). It if is on-going see if you can relate it to anything you are doing/eating. If not, see if it relates to any tension in your neck. If the numbness come with a tingling sensation, and a slight redness then it could be herpes.
