You would not be able to do push ups for two hours, and if you were you would lose form and thus eliminate any possible benefit from doing those push-ups. If you would like to grow a bigger chest your best bet would be do the following: Get into the standard push up position, lower yourself (2 seconds down) and push yourself off the floor as quickly as possible. Repeat as many times as you can until you lose form (until you cannot do the push up properly anymore). That's one set, do as many sets as you can until you cannot do another push up correctly. Don't rest more than 3 minutes between sets. I would also suggest performing polymeric push ups (this is where you lower yourself and then push yourself completely off the floor) as they strain your chest muscles more than the normal push ups.
The opposite of push-ups is pull-ups.
