Is it possible to dream about your soulmate?

That is a question for your religious leaders and/or metaphysical guru. While some might say that "visions" and dreams are a sure sign that he is your soulmate, most would tell you that they are an indication that you have become obsessed with him. Remember that he can't be your "soul mate" if he doesn't go along with the idea. ==new answer==No. You may in this manner remember ones from the distant past. If upon meeting someone new they seem very familiar, you have probably had associations in the past that you don't remember. To clarify the term soulmate, there is only one which is your subconscious mind. It is the marriage made in heaven. The subconscious mind is also connected to everything and everybody everywhere and this is how those strange connections are made. It is the design of mind which is the vehicle we use to progress. The soul or subconscious mind communicates with you through dreams and will realte your current state of conscious awareness. though you might just have an unhealthy infatuation with him, one that he may not share. However, to your credit, if it is a romantic idea of yours, he is definitely in the running for being your true love, though he may not turn out to be.

Anything is possible, but I do believe people that dream about a person or 'something' a faceless lover in their dreams are simply craving to meet someone that will love them for who they are.

Absolutely yes ! I have received hundreds of dreams that I would classify as soulmate dreams, some of which I included in my book Divine Complement. Some dreams were announcing a soulmate's arrival years before hand and it wasn't until the dreamer met their soulmate that they remembered the dream. Of course, not all mystery lovers who show up in a dream can be considered a soulmate reaching out to you. Some are merely the lover archetype fulfilling the dreamer's deep wish to be loved and in someone's arms.

Of course they could be your soulmate! Write down your "premonition" dreams. Tell them to one person, someone who won't "judge" you negatively for being interested in the subject, to verify you did, in fact, have the dream prior to the event. Look for the pattern. You should see one. When you are upset, the people who love you most will contact you. If feelings of "love" are reciprocated, how special is that! Try to be rational, as well. Not all matches are "made in heaven."

No, no one dreams about an actual person before meeting that individual. Such romantic fantasies are just that: fantasies. The wonderful person encountered in your dream is your own idea of what a "perfect" mate would be. That image is constructed by your imagination from characteristics of many different people, real and fictional. Such dreams are delightful and fun, but they can cause great trouble if the dream "soul mate" is confused with an actual person in real life. No real flesh-and-blood human being can meet the expectations of a dream lover.
