Is it possible to for your body to die but not the so called spirit then get put in a body like the one you had and every one around would be a clone?

In a word, no. While what the soul is or whether it exists is widely debated, if humans have a soul, then there is no conceivable way to trap or funnel such a supernatural entity into another place and "attach" it to another body. If there is no soul, then your personality is based on your brain's physical makeup and the only way to transfer one's "spirit" would be to perfectly recreate a functional version of a person's brain and perfectly install it into another body. (You would probably have to do this also if we assume the existence of a supernatural soul) Even if this was not wildly, wildly impossible, there is no guarantee that it would work. What defines a person and what the soul is are not well understood subjects.
