yes but to get it you must get a Pokemon with the lowest level possible.best way to get it though is to make any wild Pokemon u run into, faint, that way if they have the virus, it will jump onto the Pokemon the fought it, also, do not use any proteins or stat upgrades, otherwise it will not affect your party. the pokerus boosts up your pokemons effort points, but if you've maxed it out with proteins or any others, the pokerus will not work. Best way to raise a Pokemon is if...Make it get the pokerus, have it at lowest level possible, don't give it stat upgrades, and make it hold macho brace. That way it will gain 4 times as much effort points.
