A "Hysterogram" is an x-ray picture of the uterus. It is not a 'medical procedure' that prevents or causes pregnancy. You may be thinking of "Hysterectomy" which is complete removal of certain female organs that allow one to get pregnant.
It is not possible to get pregnant from an X-ray ... THINK!!
A hysterogram involves injecting saline solution into the uterus and fallopian tubes so a sonogram can see if there are any blockages and diagnose fibroids or other problems. My doctor told me many people have a greater chance of getting pregnant in the months after this procedure because it "flushes everything out". So while the poster above is correct in that you cannot get pregnant from an x-ray, if you have unprotected sex after this procedure you may have a increased chance of getting pregnant.

A hysterectomy removes the female organs that allows a woman to have a baby. The uterus and ovaries are taken out.
