Probably not, sorry. You may be able to find an imitation, though.
The Hope Diamond is not mentioned by that name in the movie Titanic. The stone that is given as a gift, however, bears a remarkable similarity to the Hope Diamond set in a diamond necklace.

Deep blue hope diamond necklace is the most expensive but cursed. Legend has it that anyone who buys the 45.52 carat diamond will have really bad luck such as deaths of loved ones and so on. The Hope diamond was mined in Kollur in present day Indian state of Karnataka from where it reached the USA after several European royal owners. However the costliest jewelry around could be the diamond studded crown worn by the Thirupathi Venkateshwara in Andhra Pradesh in India.
The room the hope diamond is in is the room that has a sign that labeled "Hope Diamond".
The necklace from the movie was fictional but a replica can be purchased from a company in the UK called White Star Momentos and a society in Massachusetts called the Titanic Historical Society. Having said that, 19 year-old Kate Florence Phillips was eloping to America on Titanic with Henry Samuel Morley, her boss, who had given her a sapphire necklace set-in-diamonds. He was lost but she lived and wore the necklace.
There are 45.52 carats on the hope diamond
The Heart of the Ocean, from the movieTitanic was a fictional "character". It was a very large heart shaped blue diamond given by the lead villain to the lead heroine on a necklace as an engagement gift. In the story, the necklace was thrown off of the stern of the vessel that found the sunken ship by the heroine when she had grown old. Although the Heart of the Ocean didn't really exist, it was based on the real life Hope Diamond, estimated to be worth approximately $250 million.
It may be the maker of the necklace. Like the trademark. Hope this helps.
The necklace that Mariska Hargitay wears is from Me & Ro. Proceeds from the necklace go to Mariska's charity Joyful Heart Foundation. The necklace costs around $550. Hope this helps :)
It's possible that this fabrication was added to the legend of the Hope Diamond by Evelyn Walsh McLean, one of the stone's last owners. Apparently, there is no concrete evidence that the Hope Diamond and Catherine the Great ever met. Catherine the Great lived between 1729 and 1796. During this period, the stone that became the Hope Diamond appears to have been solidly in the possession of the French royal family. Read more, below.
The Hope Diamond is basically a blue diamond.
If you have one for sale, it is worth whatever someone will pay you for it. According to Jeffrey E. Post, mineralogist, National Museum of Natural History -- current owner of the Hope Diamond, in his blog, he indicates that the Hope Diamond is priceless. In April 2013, "A stunning blue diamond (5.3 carats) broke a world record today, fetching a price of 6.2 million British pounds (about $9.6 million), or about $1.8 million per carat, according to auctioneer Bonhams." This means that if ever available, a blue diamond the size of the Hope -- not the colour, but the ice-blue colour as above -- weighing in at 45.52 carats. could be purchased at auction, possibly, for at least £81.936 or more depending on the colour and clarity of the large blue diamond.
