can you get a caution remove that is over 7 years old? I was a caution in AOAB, this was never explained to me or how it would effect my employment. I was told it was common assault. I did claim self defence but was pushed in to taking the caution. My legal aid was not good at all.
I have tried to talk to police at the station that the caution was given but no one will talk to me. I was young and stupid and i know i was wrong to fight back but the caution is messing up my life.
