Sure, but you better check the output ratings on the stock radio against what you need to run the box, if it is self powered then never mind.
Go to ( the12volt.com) and copy the radio wiring diagram for your radio, splice into the rear speaker wires and connect your box.
Done, enjoy.
Try to maintain polarity on the new box, negative to neg, pos to pos, and keep it that way, it could cause damage when you increase amperage if you don't.
