Yes if you stop paying but you can still play also if you get banned 4 times you can't play anymore Yes , you can lose your membership if you don't reknew it after it has expired. But you CAN NOT lose it if you already paid for the month or year or what ever. Or you could not have it for a few days if you get your penguin suspended.
