Step 1 File. File the chipped area of nail polish very gently to smooth it out. Use a file with a fine grit, make sure it' is not a coarse grit file. Step 2 Dip a q-tip in nail polish remover and squeeze it out so that it is not soaked. Lightly rub the q-tip over the chipped area being careful not to remove too much polish. This will smooth the polish around the chipped area. Step 3 Use a small amount of the colored nail polish to fill in the area. Step 4 Apply a thin coat of colored nail polish to the entire nail. Make sure you allow plenty of time for the nail to dry. Don't use a quick dry product. Step 5 Clear Coat. Apply a coat of clear polish to the entire nail and allow it to dry completely on it's own.
At most drug stores, if you look in the nail polish section, you'll find something called a Nail Art Pen. A Nail Art Pen is a pen with a thin tip that has nail polish in it. There are so many different colors to choose from and you can draw your own design that you want on your nails. You can even draw designs on top of a coat of nail polish
I don't know how to make it from scratch, but to make some in general: 1. Get out some white or clear (preferabbly clear) nail polish already made. 2. Get out some eyeshadow, any kind or color you want, but make it one that you don't use very often. 3. Crush your eyeshadow into the tiniest pieces you can get it to. 4. Mix the clear or white nail polish with the powdery crushed eyeshadow and mix until you think it is smooth enough to put on your nails! There you go! Hope it helps.

The manufacturers add a solvent (ethanol) to the polish that makes the crackle layer dry quickly and unevenly. Curiously, this is the opposite of the way "normal" nail polish should work, as it should dry smoothly and evenly. This answer is from a different question site.
Yes. He has his own line of nail polish called one less lonely girl and a line of perfume
Different nail polishes can have different results, but generally, it does make some differences, it does make nails grow a bit slower than when you don't have any nail polish on. Protecting the nail from wear can help then be longer, not by making them grow, but by helping them not wear off. Cheap polish and remover and not using a good base coat can make them dry and they may peel or split more.
