YES
No.
You can 'MIGRATE' Pokemon but, I don't think that you can trade them because the sapphire version is for the GBA and Pokemon Soul Silver is for the NDS.
yes, only if you have a ds. put sapphire in the gba slot. then in the menu, tap "migrate from Pokemon sapphire". tap the Pokemon you want to migrate and after the migration, the Pokemon will be at the pal park to catch. the pal park is at fuchsia city in kanto.
Yes you can migrate pokemons in Pokemon soul silver. you can either migrate from emerald, ruby, sapphire. im not sure about leaf green and fire red.
you have to trade him from soul silver or migrate him from Sapphire ruby or emerald.
by either trading with Pokemon heart gold or Pokemon soul silver, or you can migrate from ruby, emerald, and/ or Sapphire
On Pokemon platinum, you cannot move or migrate Pokemon from Pokemon silver or Pokemon blue version. It can only be done from the Gameboy advanced games. Those are Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald version.
trade from silver onto fire red or leaf green (not sure if ruby, sapphire or emerald will work) and then migrate them into palpark.
you don't migrate from soul silver to ruby, you migrate from ruby to silver.
you have to migrate them from fire red or leafgreen or u trade them form gold silver or crystal to ruby and Sapphire then migrate to platinum
You can't unless you either migrate it from Sapphire/Emerald or get it from a friend with Heart Gold who has caught it at Embedded Tower.
