Yes but that means something is wrong and you can never get pregnant. If you haven't got your period at 18 you might wanna chack that out at the doctors so they can check your hormonelevels. Those who have a eating disorder also can have that problkem.

Females do not before puberty, during pregnancy, after a hysterectomy or after menopause.

Periods may also be irregular or non-existent if seriously malnourished.

Yes, it is possible to go a long period of time without menstruating (especially if you're in your teens), however if you go over 3 months without a period it is a good idea to mention this to your doctor in case it is a sign of an underlying health problem.
