no
I have my praying mantis in a glass tank and it is still able to climb on the glass walls( but make sure the enclosure has airholes)
It depends...... If you want them to mate, yes. If you love them both and don't want either one of them to die, no.
what you need for a pet mantis is a tank the size of the tank depends on how large your mantis is. you will need a mister bottle mist your mantis every day. they need lots of sticks and leaves in their tank. baby mantis eat fruit flies mantis bigger then an inch will eat crickets moths etc.
No, because they are only mature after six months, and after first mating, the female will be deathly afraid of all males and will try to kill it if enclosed in a tank/cage.
no the males will get Territorial and will fight to the death the loser often gets eaten.
Yes. They just need to have some sort of stick in there to climb on and some smaller insects to eat.

Praying Mantis, Stick Insects, Tarantula, Snails, Ants...almost anything. my sister bought a special tank and put garden snails in it
you mean in a ten gallon tank? yes, then, if it is a stable tank, and there is a male and a female, then it is possible. that has happened to my 10 gal. before.
a male tank has a cannon gun a female tank has a machine gun
They will consume ants. However, it is not recommended to feed them wild ones at the risk of introducing pesticides to the tank. If they are farm raised and are of the common black/brown variety (No stingers or potentially venemous species) should pose no threat to your betta. Happy fishkeeping!
Minimum size tank to breed Bettas is around 18"x10"x10".with floating plants and hiding places for cover. First leave the male you wish to breed with in the breeding tank by himself and place the female by herself in another tank/container. Feed both fish good (live if possible) food for at least 3 weeks to bring them into breeding condition then introduce the female to the tank. Make sure tank is covered and hold temp at around 78-80F to protect bubblenest.
