Assuming you have the hardware, finding the software can be a bit challenging if you're not all too familiar with video capturing. If you do put forth the ffort, you should be rewarded with several free (freeware) or shareware options that'll allow you to do most anything.
Once your video is captured, you may need to find a video file converter and burning software, etc. which is able to burn video CD's or DVD's that will play on most any DVD player or computer.
